Permanent Residence

Direct Residence In respect of:

• Worker who held a work permit for 5 (five) years

• On the ground of permanent employment offer
• On the ground of extraordinary skills or qualifications
• For person holding a business permit
• In respect of a refugee
• On ground of retiring in the Republic
• On ground of minimum net worth
• In respect of relatives of a citizen/resident within the first step of kinship (excluding spouse and children under 21 years of age)
